Am heutigen Sonntag haben wir uns erst einmal von den anstrengenden und erlebnisreichen Tagen, die wir bisher hatten, erholt. Nachmittags gingen die Pläne dann auseinander, manche waren shoppen, da die Geschäfte hier auch sonntags offen haben, und die anderen haben gemütlich etwas im Café getrunken oder gegessen. Abends saßen wir gemütlich beieinander und haben gemeinsam gegessen.

Today, on Sunday, we took the time to recover from the exhausting and eventful days we’ve had so far. In the afternoon, our plans diverged: some of us went shopping since the stores were open on Sundays, while others relaxed and had something to drink or eat at a café. In the evening, we sat comfortably together and had a shared meal.

Oggi, domenica, ci siamo presi il tempo per riprenderci dalle giornate faticose e movimentate che abbiamo vissuto finora.Nel pomeriggio, i nostri piani si sono differenziati: alcuni di noi sono andati a fare shopping, dato che i negozi erano aperti la domenica, mentre altri si sono rilassati e hanno preso qualcosa da bere o da mangiare in un bar.La sera ci siamo seduti comodamente insieme e abbiamo consumato un pasto in comune.

Heute durften schon einige der BVJler selbstständig und ohne Begleitung die Hin- und Rückfahrt zur Praktikumsstelle antreten. In dieser Zeit haben sich einige der Betreuer einen Park in der Nähe angeschaut, um zu überprüfen, ob dieser ansprechend für die Jugendlichen ist, damit der Sonntagsausflug geplant werden kann. Am Abend wurde gekocht und gemeinsam gegessen.

Today, some of the BVJ students were already allowed to travel to and from the return journey to the internship site. During this time, some of the supervisors visited a nearby park to see if it was appealing to the young people, so that the Sunday excursion could be planned. In the evening they cooked and eaten together.

Oggi, ad alcuni studenti della BVJ è già stato permesso di fare il viaggio di andata e di ritorno alla sede dello stage. Durante questo periodo, alcuni dei supervisori hanno visitato un parco vicino per vedere se era attraente per i giovani, in modo da poter pianificare la gita domenicale. La sera abbiamo cucinato e mangiato insieme.

Heute hat der Tag mit einer internen Erzieher-Reflexion begonnen. Bei dieser haben wir bei bestem Wetter unter freiem Himmel neben der Reflexion auch über den anstehenden Trip nach Mailand gesprochen. Am Mittag haben viele das gute Wetter ausgenutzt, um eigene Sachen zu erledigen. Um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen, ging es für Haus eins am Abend zur Pizzeria um die Ecke.

Our day started with an internal discussion on the past week with the entire educator team, during bright sunshine, followed by a talk about the coming day trip to Milan on Saturday. Some of us took a stroll during the noon and some discussed a few matters further with Ms. Simon and Mr. Kaiser. To bring the day to a relaxed end the group of house one headed to the nearby restaurant for today's dinner.

La giornata è iniziata con una riflessione interna sull'ultima settimana con l'intero team di educatori, sotto un sole splendente, seguita da un discorso sulla prossima gita a Milano di sabato. Alcuni di noi hanno fatto una passeggiata a mezzogiorno e altri hanno discusso ulteriormente con la professoressa Simon e il professore Kaiser. Per concludere la giornata in modo rilassato, il gruppo di una Casa si è diretta al vicino ristorante per la cena di stasera.

Heute Morgen startete der Tag bei uns im Haus 2 wie immer. Die Jugendlichen sind morgens eigenständig zur Arbeit gefahren. Ein Teil unserer Gruppe hat sich mit dem Bus auf den Weg in das nahe gelegene Einkaufszentrum *Palladio* gemacht. Dies ist von unserem Haus in nicht einmal 10 Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Der Rest der Gruppe fing an, sich an ihre Dokumentationen zu setzen, welche wir für die Schule noch zu erledigen haben. Am Nachmittag erledigten wir noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Stadt. Und am Abend haben wir gemeinsam zusammen zu Abend gegessen und noch weitere Unterlagen für die Schule bearbeitet, während die Jugendlichen sich für unseren Trip am Samstag nach Mailand vorbereiteten, denn sie planen diesen mit und informieren sich über verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten.

This morning started like any other day in House 2. The teenagers drove themselves to work independently. Some of our group took the bus to the nearby shopping center Palladio, which is less than 10 minutes away from our house. The rest of the group started working on their school documentation. In the afternoon, we took care of some small things in the city. In the evening, we had dinner together and worked on more school- related paperwork while the teenagers prepared for our trip to Milan on Saturday. They are helping to plan the trip and researching various sights to see.

Questa mattina è cominciata come qualsiasi altro giorno nella Casa 2. Gli adolescenti si sono recati al lavoro autonomamente. Alcuni del nostro gruppo hanno preso l'autobus per andare al vicino centro commerciale Palladio, che dista meno di 10 minuti dalla nostra casa. Il resto del gruppo ha iniziato a lavorare sulla documentazione scolastica. Nel pomeriggio ci siamo occupati di alcune piccole cose in città. La sera abbiamo cenato insieme e lavorato su altri documenti scolastici, mentre gli adolescenti si preparavano per il viaggio a Milano di sabato. Ci stanno aiutando a pianificare il viaggio e a fare ricerche sui luoghi da visitare.

Nach einem normalen Arbeitstag, waren wir am Abend alle gemeinsam essen, um Frau Simon zu verabschieden und Frau Härtel, die Schulsozialarbeiterin am Standort Neuwied, willkommen zu heißen. Das Highlight des Abends war das Straßenfest in Vicenza.

After a normal day at work, we had a communal dinner to bid Ms. Simon adieu and welcome Ms. Härtel, our schools social worker at campus Neuwied. This was followed by this evening’s highlight: a street festival.

Dopo una normale giornata di lavoro, abbiamo cenato insieme per salutare la professoressa Simon e dare il benvenuto alla professoressa Härtel. Infine il momento clou della serata è stata una festa in Piazza con musica.

Der Tag hat heute um 7 Uhr morgens am Bahnhof von Vicenza begonnen. Von dort aus sind wir mit Zwischenhalt in Verona nach Mailand gefahren. In 3 Gruppen, bestehend aus den BVJ Schülern und Erziehern, wurden wir von den Schülern durch die Stadt geführt und haben uns verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten angeschaut. Darunter waren der Park Biblioteca degli Alberi, China Town, der Parco Sempione, der Duomo di Milano, die große Galleria Vittorio, der Piazza della scala und das Stadtviertel Brera. Nach einem erfolgreichen Tag sind wir alle zusammen zu Haus 1 gefahren und haben gemeinsam Hotdogs gegessen.

The day started today at 7 am at the Vicenza train station.From there we went to Milan with a stopover in Verona.In 3 groups, consisting of the BVJ students and educators, we were guided by the students through the city and saw various sights. Among them were the park Biblioteca degli Alberi, China Town, the Parco Sempione, the Duomo di Milano, the large Galleria Vittorio, the Piazza della scala and the Brera district. After a successful day, we all went together to House 1 and ate hotdogs together.

La giornata è iniziata oggi alle 7 alla stazione ferroviaria di Vicenza. Da lì siamo andati a Milano con una sosta a Verona. In 3 gruppi, composti da studenti del BVJ ed educatori, siamo stati guidati dagli studenti attraverso la città e abbiamo visto diverse attrazioni. Tra questi, il parco della Biblioteca degli Alberi, China Town, il Parco Sempione, il Duomo di Milano, la grande Galleria Vittorio, Piazza della scala e il quartiere di Brera. Dopo una giornata di successo, siamo andati tutti insieme alla Casa dei Ragazzi e abbiamo mangiato insieme degli hot dog.

Nach einem erlebnisreichen Samstag haben sich die meisten dazu entschieden, den Sonntag entspannt angehen zu lassen. Manche haben einen kleinen Spaziergang in der Stadt gemacht, andere haben den Tag zu Hause verbracht. Simon hat an diesem Sonntag sein Projekt mit Mark durchgeführt, beide sind mit Paul in das Stadio Romeo Menti gegangen.
Alle drei sind patschnass nach Hause gekommen, weil es am Nachmittag angefangen hat, stark zu regnen. Ansonsten wurden kleine Haushalts Dinge erledigt, Brettspiele gespielt und am Abend gemeinsam im Haus gegessen.
Sunday, March 26th 2023
After an eventful Saturday most of us decided to make the most of a day of relaxation. Some went for a small walk through the city, others spent the day in the house. Simon, Paul and Mark went to watch a game of soccer at the Stadio Romeo Menti.
All three of them were soaked, when they got home, as during the afternoon the sunny weather turned into a downpour. Otherwise we did our chores, played boardgames and ate our communal dinner at home.

Dopo un sabato movimentato, la maggior parte di noi ha deciso di approfittare di una giornata di relax. Alcuni hanno fatto una piccola passeggiata in città, altri hanno trascorso la giornata in casa. Simon, Paul e Mark sono andati a vedere una partita di calcio allo Stadio Romeo Menti.
Tutti e tre erano bagnati fradici quando sono tornati a casa, perché nel pomeriggio il tempo soleggiato si è trasformato in un acquazzone. Per il resto abbiamo sbrigato le faccende domestiche, giocato ai giochi da tavolo e mangiato la nostra cena comune a casa.

An diesem Montag sind alle Schüler des BVJ morgens aufgestanden und wie an jedem anderen Tag zur Arbeit gegangen.
Als sie nach Hause kamen, hatten sie etwas Zeit, sich auszuruhen, bevor wir mit den meisten Leuten ins Café gingen, da andere ein Überraschungsessen für uns geplant hatten und wir nicht sehen durften, was sie genau vorbereiteten.
Um 19:30 Uhr erschienen wir wie gewünscht vor dem Haus und wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und allen hat es mehr als nur ein bisschen geschmeckt. Eine wirklich gelungene Überraschung.

On this Monday, all students of the BVJ got up in the morning and went to work like any other day. When they came home, they had some time to rest before we went to the café with most people, as others had planned a surprise dinner for us and we weren't allowed to see what they were preparing exactly. At 7:30 pm, we appeared in front of the house as requested and were warmly welcomed. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it more than just a little bit. A really well-done surprise.

Questo lunedì, tutti gli studenti del BVJ si sono alzati al mattino e sono andati a lavorare come ogni altro giorno.
Quando sono tornati a casa, hanno avuto un po' di tempo per riposare prima di andare al bar con la maggior parte delle persone, poiché altri avevano preparato una cena a sorpresa per noi e non ci era permesso di vedere cosa stessero preparando esattamente.
Alle 19.30 ci siamo presentati davanti alla casa come richiesto e siamo stati accolti calorosamente. Il cibo era eccellente e tutti hanno gradito. Una sorpresa davvero ben fatta.
Dienstag, den 28.03.2023
Heute Morgen machten sich die Praktikanten auf den Weg zur Arbeit, während die Betreuer in der Zwischenzeit den Haushalt machten und den Einkauf für den Abend tätigen.
Ab 14 Uhr traf sich die ganze Gruppe im Tierpark, um den Nachmittag mit Spielen und einem Picknick gemeinsam ausklingen zu lassen.
Im Anschluss trennten sich die Wege der beiden Häuser und Haus 2 bereitete das Essen für den gemeinsamen Abend vor.
Um 20 Uhr kam Haus 1 zu Besuch, um gemeinsam zu speisen, als Dankeschön dafür, dass Haus 1, Haus 2 nach dem anstrengenden Mailand Ausflug bekochte.
Nach der Verkostung spielten wir das Spiel „Werwolf", um einen gelungenen Tagesabschluss zu machen.

This morning the students made their way to work, while the educators went grocery shopping and prepared this evening's dinner.
At 14:00 o'clock the entire group met in the Quirinus Park to spend the afternoon with Games and relaxation.
In the evening we had a joint dinner at House 2, as thanks for the dinner House 1 provided after the trip to Milan.
We ended the night with a communal round of "Werewolf".

Questa mattina gli studenti si sono recati al lavoro, mentre gli educatori hanno fatto la spesa e preparato la cena di questa sera.
Alle 14 l'intero gruppo si è riunito al Parco Quirini per trascorrere il pomeriggio tra giochi e relax.
La sera abbiamo cenato insieme nella Casa 2, come ringraziamento per la cena offerta dalla Casa 1 dopo la gita a Milano.
La serata si è conclusa con un giro comune di "Lupo mannaro".

Der Tag begann für einen Teil der Gruppe mit einem gemeinsamen Frühstück in einem Café. Danach spielten wir Brettspiele, um die Teamdynamik zu stärken.
Am Abend spielten wir Spiele und aßen zusammen mit den BVJlern, die heute wieder in ihrem Praktikum waren.

The day started for a part of the group with a shared breakfast at a café. Afterwards, we played board games to strengthen the team dynamics.
In the evening, we played games and had dinner together with the BVJlers who were back at their internship today.

La giornata è iniziata per una parte del gruppo con una colazione condivisa in un bar. In seguito, abbiamo giocato a giochi da tavolo per rafforzare le dinamiche di squadra.
La sera abbiamo giocato e cenato insieme agli studenti del BVJ che oggi sono tornati al loro stage.

Heute war der letzte Tag, den wir vollständig in Vicenza verbracht haben. Nachdem alle von ihren Arbeitsplätzen zurückgekehrt waren, haben wir die Wohnungen gründlich aufgeräumt.
Um für die lange Zugfahrt zurück gerüstet zu sein, kauften wir im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt Lunchpakete.
Am Abend lud uns Eurocultura zu einem leckeren Drei-Gänge-Menü ein.

Today was the last day which we spent fully in Vicenza. After everybody returned from their workplaces, we gave the apartments a thorough clean up.
To prepare for the long train trip back, we bought lunch packages at the nearby supermarket.
In the evening Eurocultura did invite us to a delicious three-course-dinner.

Oggi è stato l'ultimo giorno che abbiamo trascorso interamente a Vicenza.
Dopo che tutti sono tornati dal loro posto di lavoro, abbiamo dato una bella ripulita agli appartamenti.
Per prepararci al lungo viaggio di ritorno in treno, abbiamo comprato delle bevande e snacks al supermercato vicino.
La sera Eurocultura ci ha invitato a una deliziosa cena di tre portate.

Heute ist unser letzter Tag. Die BVJ - Schüler haben somit auch ihren letzten Tag von ihrem Praktikum.
Nachdem sie um 12 Uhr alle Feierabend haben, fahren sie gemeinsam mit den Lehrern zur Eurocultura für ein Reflexionsgespräch.
Wir haben heute nochmal einen letzten Einkauf getätigt für unsere Abreise heute Abend.
Um 22 Uhr verlassen wir alle unsere Unterkunft und treffen uns mit dem anderen Haus am Bahnhof.

Today is our last day. The BVJ students also have their last day of their internship.
After they have all finished at 12 o'clock, they go together with the teachers to Eurocultura for a reflection meeting.
We did some last shopping today for our departure tonight.
At 10 pm we all leave our accommodation and meet at the other house at the train station.

Oggi è il nostro ultimo giorno. Anche per gli studenti del BVJ è l'ultimo giorno di stage.
Dopo aver terminato tutti alle 12, si recano insieme agli insegnanti da Eurocultura per un incontro di riflessione.
Oggi abbiamo fatto gli ultimi acquisti per la partenza di stasera.
Alle 22 lasciamo tutti il nostro alloggio e ci incontriamo con l'altra casa alla stazione ferroviaria di Vicenza.
